He is a professional banker with extensive experience in SME and Business Banking, International Finance, Project Finance Management and Credit Management. Collins worked with Barclays Bank of Ghana and Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited where rose to the positions of Head of SMEs and Business Manager. His role involved raising credit and managing the portfolio of SMEs and Corporate institutions. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Banking (Intermediate), holds B.Sc. (Hons.) Mining Engineering and MBA (Finance).
